Welcome to use MaxBox disk software (hereinafter referred to as"This software" or"MaxBox") . This software is developed and run by the MaxBox team (we or MaxBox) . Before you use this software, please read carefully and fully understand the user regulations (hereinafter referred to as"The regulations") . Upon downloading, installing, registering, logging in, or using this software, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this regulation and have reached an agreement with MaxBox.
If you do not agree with any content of this ordinance, please immediately stop using this software and related services.
1. General
1.1 purpose and scope
1.1.1 the purpose of these regulations is to clarify the rights and obligations between MaxBox and users, to regulate the use of MaxBox software and services by users, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
1.1.2 these regulations apply to all acts of a user downloading, installing, registering, logging in, and using the MaxBox software and related services.
1.2 definition and interpretation
1.2.1"MaxBox software" means the network disk software developed and operated by the MaxBox team.
1.2.2"User" means an individual or organization that downloads, installs, registers, logs in, or uses MaxBox software and services.
1.2.3"Services" means the services that MaxBox provides to its users, including but not limited to data storage, file management, video playback, file sharing, data synchronization, and related services.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 account registration
2.1.1 users must complete the account registration process and provide true, accurate, complete, legal and valid registration information before using the MaxBox service.
2.1.2 upon successful registration, the user will be provided with a unique account identifier (user name or email address) and password, and the user shall keep the account information in safe custody and shall not disclose or transfer the account to third parties.
2.1.3 users shall be fully responsible for all actions that occur under their account, including but not limited to uploading, downloading, sharing and deleting files.
2.2 account security
2.2.1 users should ensure the security of their accounts by keeping their passwords in safe custody and changing them regularly.
2.2.2 users shall immediately notify MaxBox if misappropriation of accounts or security risks are detected and take effective measures to prevent further damage.
2.2.3 maxbox shall have the right to suspend or terminate the use of an account if it is found to be abnormal, in order to safeguard the security of user data.
3. User Behavior Standards
3.1 lawful use
3.1.1 when using the MaxBox service, users shall comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region in which they are located and shall not use MaxBox for any illegal or infringing activity.
3.1.2 users shall not upload, store, publish or disseminate any content that violates any law, regulation, copyright, obscenity, violence, terror, harassment, libel, invasion of privacy or other inappropriateness.
3.1.3 users shall not take advantage of the MaxBox service to perform any act that may prejudice the legitimate rights and interests of MaxBox or other users.
3.2 prohibited Acts
3.2.1 users shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of MaxBox software and services by any technical means or otherwise.
3.2.2 users shall not access, use, copy, modify or disseminate the MaxBox software and related services without authorization.
3.2.3 users shall not make use of the MaxBox service for any commercial purpose unless express written authorization is obtained from MaxBox.
4. Data Security and privacy protection

4.1.2 maxbox undertakes not to view, use, or disclose the contents of data stored by the user unless otherwise provided by law or regulations or expressly authorized by the user.

4.2 privacy protection
4.2.1 maxbox respects user privacy and collects, uses, and stores user information in strict compliance with the privacy policy.
4.2.2 maxbox will not sell or rent the personal information of its users to any third party unless expressly agreed to by the user or otherwise provided by law or regulation.
4.2.3 users shall have the right to view, modify and delete their personal information at any time, and MaxBox shall provide convenient channels for users to exercise this right.
5. Changes, interruptions and terminations of services
5.1 service changes
5.1.1 maxbox reserves the right to adjust, modify or discontinue some or all of the content of the service at any time as may be required by the development of the business and shall notify users in advance through software bulletins, e-mails or other means.
5.1.2 users have the right to discontinue the use of the MaxBox service if they do not agree with the changes made to the service; if they continue to use it, they are deemed to have accepted the changes.
5.2 service interruption and termination
5.2.1 in the event of service interruption due to system maintenance, upgrades, failure or other force majeure, MaxBox will make every effort to notify the user in advance and restore the service as soon as possible.
5.2.2 MaxBox reserves the right to terminate the service provided to users immediately in the event of a breach of these regulations or relevant laws and regulations, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
5.2.3 users have the right to terminate the use of the MaxBox service at any time and may request the deletion of their accounts and associated data.
6. Intellectual Property Declarations

6.1.2 users shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of MaxBox software without authorization.
6.2 intellectual property rights for user content
6.2.1 users have legitimate intellectual property rights or are legally authorized with respect to the content they upload to MaxBox, ensuring that no third-party rights are infringed.
6.2.2 users agree to authorize MaxBox to use, store, copy, modify and disseminate user-uploaded content for the provision of related services on a worldwide basis, free of charge.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
7.1 disclaimer
7.1.1 maxbox shall not be liable for interruption of service or loss of data due to force majeure factors (e.g. natural disasters, wars, government actions, cyber attacks, etc.).
7.1.2 maxbox shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the user due to his own fault (e.g. leakage of account password, operational error, etc.) .
7.1.3 maxbox assumes no responsibility for the legality, accuracy or completeness of the content uploaded by users, and users themselves shall bear the relevant risks.
7.2 limitation of liability
7.2.1maxbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of the use of this software and services by users.
7.2.2 the total liability of MaxBox to users shall not exceed the total cost incurred by users in connection with the use of the MaxBox service.
8. Application of law and dispute settlement
8.1 application of Law
8.1.1 the laws of the United States (excluding conflict rules) shall apply to the making, implementation and interpretation of these regulations.
8.1.2 if any provision of these regulations is in conflict with a law or regulation, that provision shall be reinterpreted in accordance with the law or regulation without prejudice to the validity of other provisions.
8.2 dispute settlement
8.2.1 any dispute arising out of these regulations between user and MaxBox shall be settled amicably through negotiation.
9. Other articles
9.1 amendment to the Ordinance
9.1.1 maxbox reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time in accordance with business developments and to notify users in advance through software bulletins, mail or other means.
9.1.2 users shall have the right to discontinue the use of the MaxBox service if they do not agree with the content of the amended regulations and shall be deemed to have accepted the content of the amended regulations if they continue to use it.
9.2 notification and contact
9.2.1 maxbox will send notifications to users via software bulletins, e-mail, SMS or other means and users should follow the content of the notifications in a timely manner.

10. Annexes
10.1 the regulations take effect on the date of issue and shall be interpreted by the MaxBox team.
10.2 for matters not covered by these regulations, the parties may enter into a supplementary agreement through separate consultation, which shall have the same legal effect as these regulations.
